Human physical body consists of wave structures that can be efficiently used for the successful control of all its cells and therefore improve one’s health. We learn to recognize those structures, their connections, properties and activity.

We start by observing one's physical movements in the conditions of eternal life using a special spiritual method. Special technologies, carried out on all levels and plans of the human body, have its own micro-action at the level of wave structures of matter of the physical body itself.  We further consider the presence of the central wave of the Spirit, which can hold all the other waves organizing the physical organism.
